1. Inflexible rotation
When the bearing is in use, the rotation may be inflexible. This phenomenon is caused by many reasons, generally because the grease in the raceway of the bearing is viscous, or the host mounting surface and the slewing bearing are not fit during installation. Poor surface fit, lack of grease, damage to the sealing strip, etc. will cause the bearing to rotate inflexibly.
2. Abnormal noise
It is normal if the slewing bearing that has just left the factory makes a uniform sound of steel ball rolling when it is idling. However, if the slewing bearing is accompanied by another abnormal and loud noise during operation after installation, pay attention to it! Generally, the abnormal noise may be caused by the slight deformation of the slewing bearing, or the installation surface does not meet the installation requirements, etc.
3. There is shaking

1. If the rotation is inflexible, the production date of the slewing bearing can be checked. If the time is long (such as more than half a year) and the climate is cold, the grease in the raceway may be viscous for a long time, resulting in poor operation. If it is accompanied by abnormal noise, it is necessary to check whether there is any serious injury during transportation and consult with the after-sales service.
2. If the operation is not flexible after installation, it may be because the installation surface of the main engine and the installation surface of the slewing bearing do not cooperate well. At this time, the installation plane of the main engine should be reprocessed to make the installation plane meet the requirements, or the gasket filling method should be used to deal with it.
