Structural features and product advantages:
Improves casting and heat treating properties. Because the segmented castings are small, the quality of casting and heat treatment is easier to control.
Guarantee the processing quality. The segment size is small, and the dimension out-of-tolerance, cold cracking, and processing defects during the ring gear processing process are effectively controlled.
Good interchangeability. Due to the high machining accuracy and low wear, segmental interchange can be realized to replace accidentally damaged tooth segments without overall or large-scale disassembly and replacement. The equipment can be quickly restored to production.
